The process is the same for Android as well as ios devices and laptops. So you don't need to worry if you are on Android. So first make sure that you are connected with the Internet.

1. Open your Instagram app.
                                          

2. Tap on your profile icon at the bottom right corner.

3. Click on the three lines at the upper right corner. And then, click on the “SETTING” section.
                                             

4. Now Click on “Help”.

                                       

5. Then, Click on the “HELP CENTER”.

                                       

6. The help center will open a new tab. Now, You need to do is, simply go and tap on “MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT”.

                                        

7. Click on “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT” in Managing your account section.

                                       

7. Simply, Click on the “How do I delete my Instagram Account?” And After that a drop-down box will be Open.

                                      

8. Now Click on the, “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE”.

9. When DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT page will open. Then, Click on the temporarily disabled.

10. Then, a new page will be open where you fill the reason for “DISABLING YOUR ACCOUNT” by choosing the appropriate option. Then, Re-enter your Instagram Password. After filling both the options, Tap on the “TEMPORARILY DISABLE ACCOUNT” Button.

Oh wow, your all steps are completed. Now, your Instagram Account temporarily disabled and you can Reactivate, after your break.
